Return and Refund Policy

Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

If your order contains several items that are delivered separately, the 14-day period begins from the date you receive the last item.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, you must submit your request directly through our Bellamova website.

1. Log in to your customer account.

2. Go to your order.

3. Select the item or items you wish to return.

4. Click “Return item”.

5. Follow the instructions displayed to submit your return request.

During the process, the return shipping cost will be clearly displayed.

Once you have submitted your return request, you have 14 days to send the relevant item or items back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To make the return process easier, Bellamova provides you with a prepaid return label.

The cost of this return label is €5.95 and will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

You therefore do not need to pay the return shipping costs separately when sending your parcel.

Example:

Returned item: €89.00
Return shipping cost: €5.95
Amount refunded for the item: €83.05

The €5.95 return shipping cost will not be charged when the return is due to an error by Bellamova or when the item is defective or incorrect.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

• unworn and unwashed;
• undamaged;
• accompanied by their original tags.

You may try on an item to the extent necessary to check its size, nature and characteristics, as you reasonably would in a physical store.

If an item's value has decreased as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or functioning, the amount refunded may be reduced in accordance with applicable legislation.

Receipt and Inspection of Returns

Once we receive your parcel, we will check that the returned items comply with the conditions set out above.

Once the return has been inspected, we will process the refund in accordance with the conditions below.

Refund

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

The €5.95 cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

In accordance with applicable legislation, when you exercise your right of withdrawal for the entire order, the standard delivery costs originally paid will also be refunded.

If you selected a delivery method that was more expensive than our standard delivery option, the additional cost will not be refunded.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or until you provide proof that the items have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Defective or Damaged Item or Order Error

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or different from the one you ordered, please submit your request through your customer account by selecting the relevant item and the appropriate reason.

When the return is due to an error by Bellamova or to a defective or incorrect item, Bellamova will cover the return shipping costs.

In this case, no €5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian and European legislation applicable to distance selling, you have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason for your decision.

You can submit your request directly through your customer account on our website by selecting the relevant order and clicking “Return item”.
